What you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, work email, project country, project area, indicative budget and message. We use these details to respond and assess a potential project. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential technical documents in the initial form.
Calculators and downloaded briefs
Quantity calculations run in your browser. Downloading a brief saves a text file on your device. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send it.
Optional AI assistance
Only when you explicitly choose the AI review are the configurator details sent to our server and the configured AI provider, OpenAI, to ask questions and research preliminary market costs using web search. Project location and technical details may be included in search queries; do not enter confidential information. Researched results and project inputs are stored on our server for up to 30 days, and attached to an enquiry only when you choose to send it. Cost ranges cover only the listed researched items; unpriced scope remains separate. AI output requires human review and is not an approved engineering design. The AI feature does not receive the contact form’s name or email fields.
Service providers and access
Website hosting, security and configured enquiry-delivery providers may process necessary technical or enquiry data on our behalf. Provider systems may process data outside your country. Access to project enquiries is limited to the people responsible for handling them. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while responding and evaluating the project, and review inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship or an applicable obligation requires retention. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact, using the address above.
Cookies and external services
The site does not include advertising trackers. Essential hosting and security features may process connection data. External news and map links open separate services with their own privacy practices. No video or external map is automatically embedded.
